What We Look For

Decision-focused. The speaker discusses real choices, tradeoffs, and the reasoning behind them — not just outcomes.

Leadership seniority. C-suite, VP, or equivalent. We prioritize people with direct organizational accountability.

Original publication. Must link to a published interview, not a press release or marketing copy.

Substantive length. Minimum 1,500 words. We look for depth, not soundbites.
